Stephen Isaiah Milligan was born January 27, 1989 in Brooklyn, New York to Caroyln York Milligan and Larry T. Milligan, Sr.
Stephen was affectionally known to his family and friends as "Juice". He was educated in the public schools of Sumter County. Due to his health Stephen was unable to work, but he was employed by Giant Resource Recovery and Tuomey Hospital in Sumter for a short period of time.
Stephen was loved by many for his ability to make you laugh. Stephen and Salina were two peas in a pod and always gave Larry Jr. so much grief by insulting and making fun of him, but Stephen loved his brother dearly and only he and Salina could make fun of him. Stephen will be truly missed so, let us cherish those times we had with him remembering all the laughter, love and good times.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Shepherd and Willie Mae Hudson York, paternal grandfather, Joseph Smalls, four grand aunts, Mattie Gore, Janie Gibson, Bessie Mae York Howard and Ruth York, three uncles, Thomas York, Shepherd York, Jr. and Ricky Rhames.
