James "Boot" Champagne, 74, departed this life on Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020, in Sumter.
He was born on Feb. 6, 1946, in Sumter, to the late William and Patience Lee Champagne.
He graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in Elliott, SC.
He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Trevin Champagne and Craig Green One sister, Edna(Clarence) Edwards, special friend, Buelah Green, one sister in law, Mary Champagne, two grandchildren, Jair Champagne and Brittany Green and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
