Harry Timothy Brayboy was born October 5, 1954 in Turbeville, SC to the late Melvin and Phyllis Rebecca Witherspoon Brayboy, Jr.
He received is education in the public schools of Walker Gamble in New Zion, SC and East Clarendon High School Class of 1974, Tuberville, SC.
At an early age Harry join Hickory Grove and accepted Christ as his personal saviour. He was the President of the male chorus and a faithful member of the Usher Board along with the Trustee Ministry.
Wherever needed (T-Bone) who he was affectionally called was there. He join the Mason and Eastern Star. He loved working at the East Liberty Fish Shop of Sumter and Cokers Building in Turbeville, SC. He was an EMS volunteer for Clarendon County and the Fire Department. He was also employed with the Town of Turbeville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven brothers, Willie Andrews, Jr, John Edward Andrews, John (Bubba) A. Andrews, Robert L. Andrews, Sr, Melvin Brayboy, Stanley N. Brayboy and Terrance Brayboy; four sisters, Julia B. Hemminway, Shirley Lancaster, Hattie Mae McFadden and Pastor Rhonda B. Keels.
He leaves to cherish his memories; his loving and devoted wife, Debbie Johnson Brayboy; a step daughter, Keyna Prince of Sumter, SC; five sisters, Mary V. Brayboy of Turbeville, SC, Gracie B. (Emanuel) Mack of Manning, SC, Renise Wells of Sumter, SC, Katrina (Oliver) Brayboy and Mary Adams both of New Zion, SC ; brother, Charles (Julia) Brayboy of Dillion, SC; two grandchildren, Davion and Lyric of Sumter; two god sisters, Lisa Yates and Christy (Bob) Coker of Turbevillle, SC; two god-brothers, J.A. (Mary Ann) Walker of New Zion and Pete (Tricia) Yates of Effingham, SC; foster mother, Rachel Yates of Turbeville, SC; mother-in-law, Carrie Johnson of Washington, DC; two aunts, Virgina Pearson and Lottie Witherspoon both of Turbeville, SC; two brothers-in-law, Subbie (Sharon) Johnson and Anthony Johnson of Washington, DC; three sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
