Minister Albert Robinson was called home to be with the Lord.
Albert “Al” Robinson, was born January 6, 1960 in Sumter to the late Addie Marie Robinson and Ruth Service.
Mr. Robinson graduated from Sumter High School in 1978. In 1979, he joined the United States Marines Corps “Hoorah”.
He travel around the world and received several metals and Awards. He served 4 years as a Military Police and a few years in the Reserve and later he received an honorable discharge.
Mr. Robinson was a member of the Household of Faith Church. He served as a Deacon, Minister, Musician and Servant to God works.
Later in life, he was joined in holy matrimony to the beautiful Delores G. Robinson and together they have two daughters.
Mr. Robinson worked in several places of employment, but his favorite place of employment was Enersys Sumter Metal Plant. He served as a welder/machine operator over 25 years. He was a wise man with much wisdom and knowledge. He will be deeply missed.
He leaves to cherish his memories; devoted wife Delores G. Robinson, two daughters, Nikia Robinson and Chelsea (Tavarius) Hook, one granddaughter Carla Hook all of Sumter, SC. One sister, Ruby (Grover) Tindal of Wedgefield, SC, one brother Matthew Robinson of Sumter, SC, Special-in- laws of Rembert, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, family and friends.
