Yvonne McNeil, 63, was born on September 8, 1962, to the late Elbert J. McNeil and surviving parent Fannie McNeil, who lovingly guided her through life's journey. Yvonne was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose presence brightened every room she entered. She shared a special bond with her twin sister, Yvette M. Graves, and was a caring sister to Elbert J. McNeil and Ta-Tanisha Pierre. Her nieces Akia Pierre, Saadiya Rainey, and Zahmiya Smith McNeil, along with nephews Ronald Pierre Jr.,Tywann Graves, and Erick McNeil, great nephew Kyden Pierre Harnest will forever cherish her warmth and kindness. Predeceased by her paternal grandmother Trudy Butler, maternal grandmother Virginia Evely, Florence Johnson, grandfather Luther Spencer, uncles Albert McNeil, Winfield Spencer, Douglas Johnson, Michael Johnson, aunts Thomasina Evely, Viriginia Evely and Melissa Green. Yvonne McNeil transitioned from this life on Sunday, October 5, 2025. She is also survived by her beloved aunts Margaret Lawson, Janett Spencer Carter, Cheryl Hardy, Barbara Gorrell, Earleen Johnson, Patricia Johnson, Valerie Brooks, Michelle Evely, Carrie Williams, uncles Willie Lawson, Ransom Evely, Larry Johnson, Luther Johnson, Samuel Spencer, great uncle Charles "Bubba" Williams, sister- in- law Katherine McNeil and a host of other relatives and friends who will deeply miss her. Yvonne's faith was the cornerstone of her life. She loved attending church and found great joy in spending time with her family and friends. Her gentle spirit, laughter, and love will continue to inspire all who knew her. Though she is no longer with us in body, Yvonne's spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.
