Ms. Vermell Daniel Pack was born on October 7, 1965, in Sumter, South Carolina, to the late Lila Mae Waters Daniels and Raymond Daniels Sr. Vermell was a woman whose presence filled every room with laughter and love. She was known for being funny, beautiful, adventurous, caring, loving, and fun spirited. A devoted hard worker, Vermell approached life with strength, determination, and grace, always giving her best to those she loved. Vermell received her education through the Sumter Public School System and was a proud graduate of Sumter High School, Class of 1983. Vermell later pursued professional certification training as a Medical Word Clerk at Central Carolina in 2005. She was employed with Eaton Corporation, where she began her career in February 2015 and served as a Team Lead on the Panel Board Powerline 4. Vermell was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, where she found strength in her faith and community. In addition to her parents, Vermell was preceded in death by an aunt, Dorothy Bradley. Vermell departed this life on Sunday, December 14, 2025, in Florence, South Carolina. Vermell leaves to cherish her loving memory three children, Kiera Daniel, Patrice Daniel, and Aracio (Jerron) Daniel; her beloved grandchildren, Kaylen Johnson, Kamauria Daniel-Davis, Jerron Daniel, Rhylee Daniel, and Jarrod Williams Jr.; siblings, Cornelia Peoples, Raymond (Valerie) Daniels, Jr., Robert (Juanita) Daniels, Deloris Daniels, Flossie Daniels, and Carolyn (Chuck) Duke; along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
