Obituary Mrs. Sarah Mae Lewis  was born on April 1, 1940, in Sumter County, she was the daughter of the late Betsy Ann Ramsey and the late Sam Ramsey. Sarah was a loving sister, mother, grandmother and aunt. She was loved by many and will truly be missed. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two son, James Lewis Jr and Jerry Lewis, four brothers, Sam "Nogga", David Eugene, William Earl and Benjamin "Big Boy" Ramsey, two sisters, Maggie Hardy and Diane Lightly, a grandson, Orin Lewis. She entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 17,2021. She leaves to cherish her memories: her son, Herbert (Shirley) Lewis.; two daughters, Ella (Ronnie) McKnight and Shiffer Lynn (James) Fullard.; three sisters, Rosa Ann White of Detroit, Rosa Lee (Robert) Dennis and Juliette Lou Diggs of Sumter, S.C.; twelve grandchildren, a host of great grands, nieces and nephews.   To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Sarah Mae Lewis, please visit our floral store.
