Obituary Rodney Lewis Sr., husband of Kimberly Crank-Lewis, was born on December 9, 1963 to the late Sammie Lewis and the late Maggie White Lewis in Sumter, South Carolina.Rodney attended Sumter County Public Schools where he played various sports and was also a member of the band. He was a graduate of Sumter High School, class of 83. Rodney was a very outgoing person with a very good sense of humor. He was also a jack of all trades. He was employed at Eaton Electrical until 2001 when his health declined. In addition to his parents, Rodney was preceded in death by a sister, Zelda Lewis-Claridy, three aunts, three uncles and his grandparents.Rodney departed this earthy life on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Carolina Pines Hospital in Hartsville, SC.Rodney leaves to cherish his memory, his lovely wife of 17 years; Kimberly Crank- Lewis, three daughters; Sanquonetta (Chris) McMillan, Courtney Pendergrass and Nyshelle Crank, four sons; Rodney Lewis Jr., Rodriques Lewis, Rominique Lewis, Nicholas Crank-Lewis, fourteen grandchildren, a brother, Samuel L.
