Obituary Regina Witherspoon was born April 28, 1977 in New Haven, CT. She was one of twenty-one children born to the late Sally and John Arthur Witherspoon.Regina was the publisher of "A Family of 21". She loved to praise dance and was active in this ministry in Connecticut for many years and was starting fresh with Praise Dance Ministry in South Carolina.Regina loved hair styling,babysitting and singing.
