Obituary Raymond Spann was born March 3, 1956 in Sumter to the late Paul and Daisy Richardson Spann. He attended Furman High School. He was a construction worker and loved fishing along with playing baseball for C&S Braves In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Agness Richardson and one brother David Lee Spann. He departed this earthly life on Monday, June 29, 2020 at Prisma Health Tuomey. He leaves to cherish his memories; a son, Raymond (Teresa) Kind of Dalzell, SC; a daughter, Madsheedi (Raymond Charles) Spann of Sumter, SC; a sister, Annie Mae Johnson of Pinewood, SC; three  brothers, Paul Spann, Jr of Sumter, SC, Leroy  Richardson of Pinewood, SC and Carl (Frances) Spann of  California; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one aunt, Patricia Richardson and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
