Obituary Olivia Stukes Oliver was born on December 9, 1942 in Panola, SC to the late John H. Stukes, Sr. and Mattie Mickens Stukes. She was the wife of Jeremiah Oliver, Jr. and was previously married to Rhinehart Billie until his death.Olivia, affectionately called "Lou Al", was educated in the public schools of Manchester and Scott's Branch High school. She was a lifelong member of St Mark Baptist Church Panola, South Carolina. She was a loving homemaker and traveled to many different states.Olivia was preceded in death by a sister; Anna Liza McConico and a brother; Eugene Johnson, Jr.God saw that Olivia Oliver was getting weak, and that the road was getting rough so he sent his angel to give her peace on December 5, 2017.She leaves to cherish her loving memories; her husband of 47 years; Jeremiah Oliver, Jr., four daughters; Sherva Dean Billie(Robert) Parker of Manning, SC, Melissa Oliver of Thomasville, North Carolina, Melinda (Gary) Oliver-Elliott of Temple, TX, Patricia Oliver of Sumter, SC, three sons; Josh(Geneva) Billy of Greensboro North Carolina, James (Fashonda) Oliver and Jeremiah (Kimberly) Oliver III both of Sumter, SC, seventeen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, three sisters; Essie Mae Wells of Panola, SC, Ruth Ann Johnson of Manville, NJ and Cynthia Johnson of Sumter, SC, four brothers; John Henry Stukes (Gladys) of Thomasville NC, Willie Fare Stukes(Beulah) of Newport, VA, David S.
