Obituary Muhammad Ash-Shakur was born December 24, 1955 in Baltimore, MD to the late John and Madeline Sanders.He received his early education in the Baltimore City public school system. He graduated from Northern High School then he immediately joined the United States Air Force where he served several years. After his years in the service he attended Airco Technical Institute where he became a Master Welder. Later he worked in his profession as a Master Welder for over forty years until his retirement.He enjoyed fishing, gardening, playing cards, shooting, eating his wife's Geraldine home cooked meals and spending time with his love ones.He made friends wherever he went and will be sincerely missed by all who knew him. He was always a true friend, feared by some, respected by all and a devoted family man.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Steven Sanders and his stepfather, Wardell Moore.Muhammad departed this life on Saturday, April 4, 2020.He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife Geraldine Sanders; four daughters, Jermeica (John) McCoy, Patricia (Willie) Wilson, Tiffany and Chrystal Sanders; one brother, Melvin Spriggs; one sister, April Sanders; ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, five brother-in-law's, two sister-in-law's and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
