Obituary Mr. Mark "Pap" McCray was born July 16, 1970 in Manning, SC to Patricia McCray and the late Willie Lee Brown. He was educated in the public schools of Manning County. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his  grandparents, Ola Belle McBride-Dwyer, Anthony Dwyer,  William Brown and Mary Emma Brown, a brother, John McCray and a aunt, Louise Mariah Cooper. He departed this life on Friday, June 4, 2021 at his home in Sumter. He leaves to cherish his memory; his three children, Quintana  Walters, Shymicka Walters and Marcus Walters; grandchildren, Aaliyah Barno, Adyen Walters, Amir Barno and Omari Tucker; his mother, Patricia McCray; his siblings, Anthony (Natasha) McCray, Terrance (Lashanda) McCray, Mary Brown, William (Helia) Brown and Earline Carter; his aunts and uncles, Mattie Jean McCray, Eartha Lee (Douglas) Helms, Brenda (Tyrone)   Felder, Magalene (Rosevelt) Woods, William Brown, Jr. and    Herbert (Irene) Brown; a special friend Jessie Mae Williams; two best friends, Jamal Colclough and John Morris and a host of  nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.   To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Mark McCray, please visit our floral store.
