Obituary LySandra was born June 27, 1963, in Farmville, NC to Barbara Moore Newton and the late Harvey L. NewtonShe was the wife of thirty years of marriage to Minister Daryl A. RaginShe was a vivid prayer warrior who loved the lord and she valued her spiritual relationship with Christ. Throughout the years she would faithfully attend church.
