Louise was educated in the public schools of Sumter County and graduated from Lincoln High School. Louise retired from Wateree Community Actions Head Start after thirty-two (32) years of service. She loved really loved children and her favorite hobby was fishing. Louise always brought laughter to everyone and was mostly the "clown" of the family. Louise favorite color was yellow and her favorite flower was the marigold. In addition to her parents, Robert Miller and Sallie Thompson Miller, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Shirley Phillips, Barbara Jackson and Geraldine Allen; two brothers, Ashby Davis, Jr. and Clayton Campbell and an adopted son, Frank Williams, Jr. Louise departed this life on Friday, March 17, 2023 at Sumter East Health and Rehab in Sumter, South Carolina. Louise leaves to cherish her precious memories, one son, Gregory (Letitia) Miller; granddaughters, Lashawn McGee, Deidre Brown and Denedra Brown; great grandchildren, Kailan McGee, Kamdyn McGee, Kingston Etheridge, Miles Amos, Khylee-Rae Stevens, and Raven Green; two sisters, Aleshia Miller and Wilma Burch; two caregivers, Ms. Leola Bryson and Mrs. Lena McFadden and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
