Obituary Leroy Leneau was born on August 4, 1953 to the late John Henry and Cleola Andrews Leneau in Sumter, South Carolina. He received his formal education at Tindal School of Sumter. He joined Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church. He worked for many years at Sumter Machinery. The late Susie Mae White was the love of his life. He also babysit Linda, Cindy, Inzell Leneau and Brenda Myers. Henretta Leneau was a dedicated caregiver to him. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Deloris Brown and Mary Ford, his grandparents, Clifton and Frances Andrews, John Henry Sr. and Elease Leneau, six aunts, Katie Mae Dwyer, Elease Leneau, Virginia B. Leneau, Cester Andrews, Virginia Leneau and Maggie Andrews, three uncles, Marion Andrews, John Andrews and J.C. Andrews, two nephews, James Brown and Calvin Leneau and two nieces, Tina Ford and Tyshe McKnight. He departed this earthly life on Friday, March 13, 2020 at Springdale Healthcare Facility in Camden, SC. He leaves to cherish his memories; three step-children, Frances Davis, Lorie Pressley and Lamont Davis; four grandchildren, Carlton, Ricky, Deon and Sharheen; five sisters, Viola Richburg, Janet Coleman, Carolyn Leneau, Henretta Leneau and Evette Leneau; three raised by his mother, Mischell Leneau, Eric Leneau and Barbara Johnson; two uncles Daniel (Betty) Andrews and Izell Leneau, aunt, Betty Jean Leneau, a brother-in-law, Kingmon Ford, special friends, Willie Wilson, Roosevelt and Berneatha E. Williams and a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
