Obituary It is with deep and profound sorrow that we announce the transition of Mr. Lane Harril Sanders, the husband of Mrs. Diane James Sanders.He was the oldest of four born on March 2, 1958 to the late Harril and Hattie Sanders in Rembert, SC.He was educated in the public schools of Sumter, SC "Hillcrest High School". He was a Marine Corps Veteran. He loved cooking for his wife and kids. He loved his family with unconditional love. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and teaching them different things.In addition to his parents, Lane was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Laurie B. James, his father in-law, Walter "Buster" James, a nephew, James "Tony" Lancaster and a niece, Sophia Williams.He departed this life on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 in Sumter, SC.He leaves to cherish his loving memories, his wife of thirty-seven years, Diane J. Sanders; three sons, Cedrick "Byrd" James I of Jacksonville, Florida, Lane (Latoya) Sanders Jr., and Devin Sanders, Sr.; three daughters, Lacresha Rouster of Douglasville, Georgia, Levenia James and Kristin (Tyren) Horace; two sisters, Joyce (Charles) Williams and Kathaleen Lancaster; one brother, John Marvin Sanders; seventeen grandchildren, Kamori Cook, Ja'Breyah James, Cedrick James, II, Shanayja Nelson, Tae'Veon Sanders, Daequante Nelson, Honesty Sanders, Audrey James, Dy'lique Sanders, Devin Sanders, Jr., Jakell Sanders, Cameron James, Kayden Rouster, Skylar Woods, Deava Sanders, Alanna Sanders and Jordyn Horace; one sister-in-law, Barbara (Matthew) Washington; ten aunts, one uncle and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.The family is receiving friends at the residence.Service of Celebration are private.
