Jy're Trayve'on Prince was born September 13, 1994, in Conway, South Carolina to Melissa McDonald and Lorenzo (Maxine Tisdale) Prince.  Tray, as he was affectionately called, was educated in the public schools of Horry County and was a graduate of Carolina Forest High School. While in high school, he was a member of the football team, where he played the position of cornerback. He furthered his education at Horry Georgetown Technical College where he studied Culinary Arts. Tray served as the Kitchen Manager for Grumpy Monk in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Tray had a love for cooking, football and basketball. He enjoyed the simple things in life and never required much. Tray was a Gentle Giant with a Giant Heart; however, his true love was his family. Tray was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Marion and Helen Adger Prince; maternal grandparents, Levy and Reba Mae McDonald; and extended maternal grandparents, Nathaniel and Bertha Tisdale Green. Tray was called from labor to reward on Saturday, August 17, 2024, in Conway, South Carolina. Tray leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Melissa McDonald; his father, Lorenzo (Maxine Tisdale) Prince; sister, Melisa Hills; brother, Lorenza (Cassandra Henry) Tisdale; fiancé, McKenzie Amburgey; nieces and nephews, Jaliah Hills (the apple of his eye), Kamiyah Hills, Tristyn Hills, Everyn Hills, Ashton Tisdale and Cameron Henry; along with a host of aunt, uncles, cousins, other relatives and dear friends who will miss him dearly.
