Obituary Jarvis Lamar Hudson was born on March 26, 1994 in Sumter to Larry R. and Sara L. Hudson. He was educated through Sumter County School District and was a 2012 Crestwood High School graduate. During his years at Crestwood High School, it was there he picked up the nickname "KG" for his all around skills like NBA great Kevin Garnett. He furthered his education at Central Carolina Technical College where he studied Mechatronics. Jarvis entered the workforce in 2013 and worked for Eaton Corporation for five years. He later transitioned to Mercedes Benz and resided in Charleston, SC for two years. Jarvis always had dreams and aspirations of becoming a business owner, so he started HJH Transportation, where he was both Owner and Operator. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joseph C and Lottie C. Hudson, Maternal grandmother, Susie M. Brigg; god sister, Kiamani Cooper and best friend, Jay McBride. Jarvis affectionally known as "KG" departed his earthly home on September 10, 2021 at Prisma Health Tuomey in Sumter, SC. Long with his grieving parents, Jarvis leaves to cherish memories: a daughter, Jar'Vaeha Aubree Hudson; his parents, Sara L. Hudson and Larry R. Hudson; three sisters, Latoya (Eric) Small, Markicia Hudson and Kay Hudson; a little brother/nephew, Zyierre Small; an aunt, Sylvan Miller; two uncles, Bennie Briggs and Cornelius (Buason) Hudson; one extended aunt, Dilene (Michael) Hodge; three nieces, Zaniye Small, Honesty Hudson and Hailey Hudson, a special step-niece, Ericka Thompson; two nephews, Josiah Hudson and Jamere Hudson, four life brothers, Jovante (Bobo) Goodey, Jonathan McLeod, Stanton Samuel and Antonio Rembert, and a host of other family and friends.
