A time to be born and a time to die; a time to plant and a time to pluck up which is planted. Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 James R. Loney affectionally known as Timmy was born on February 13, 1966, to Mary L. Loney and the late James A. Loney. He graduated from Hillcrest High School in Dalzell where he was a football player with the Hillcrest Wildcats. Timmy was a hard worker; he always had the ability to fix whatever was broken. God blessed him with many talents. He was always willing to help others when he could. He loved life and he made everyday correct. He never complained, his heart was filled with joy, love, and laughter. He was truly the life of the party. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Toney Loney. He departed this life on Monday, August 30, 2021. He leaves to cherish his precious memories a loving and devoted mother, Mary L. Loney, a son, Jalen Chad Loney of Atlanta, GA, four sisters, Joan Vaughn, Barbara (David) Wells, Evonne (Kelvin)Peterson of Sumter, SC and Nikki Richardson of Port St. Lucie, FL and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles other relatives and friends.
