Obituary Please Click Below to Watch The Live Funeral Serivices for Mr. Stukes Mr. Herman Stukes Live Funeral Service, Saturday, May 9, 2020 @ 3:30 PMMr. Herman Alvin Stukes was born on November 20, 1949 in Sumter, South Carolina, a son of the late Alvin Stukes and Albertha Green Stukes King.  He was a 1968 graduate of Monroe High School, Rochester, N.Y. He furthered his education by   completing two years of college at Rochester Institute of Technology.  He was an employee of the U.S. Postal Service, Georgia-Pacific, Tuomey  Hospital, Southern Coatings, and Cooper Tools.  He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father, Willie King, step-mother Janie Haygood Stukes, his sibling, Bruce Haygood, and a grandson Slade Stukes. He entered eternal life on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at Richland Memorial Hospital, Columbia, South Carolina. Survivors include his wife of 44 years Patricia McBride Stukes; three sons, Cimon McBride, Khaleif (Demetris) Stukes, and Ture'(Chanel) Stukes; one beloved daughter,  Rashida (Charlie) Myers, Jr.; ten grandchildren, Shaihi, Morgan, Ayanna, Zaki, Zayd, Nadir, Nkosi, Cimon II, Zuri, and Dahlia;   siblings Barbara (Jessie) Williams, Shirley Stukes, Lorraine Y. Stukes,   Linda (Raymond) Spann, Brenda Swinton, Janice (Tyrone) Montgomery, Lonell Stukes, Eugene (Sylvia) Haygood, Harry (Rayvonia) Haygood,   Harriett Haygood,  Ina (Charles) Haywood, Robert Pagan, Jem Pagan, Jamie Pagan and a host of relatives and friends.
