II Timothy 4:7-8 Glennwood "Bubba" Johnson was born March 31, 1963, in Manning, Clarendon County, SC to the late Oscar Johnson, Jr. and the late Minnie Lois Thompson Johnson. He received his formal education in the public schools of Clarendon County. He was employed for many years as a courier/delivery man with Speedy Pak of Sumter, SC. He also worked at Shaw Components and Georgia Pacific. Glen was known as a loving, kindhearted and a friend to everyone he met. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone that needed it. He will be missed by those that had the privilege to know him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Minnie Lois T. Johnson, Jr. On Friday, November 25, 2022, at his home, God who is perfect in all things called him to his heavenly home to rest from his labors quietly and peacefully. Those left to cherish his loving memory, a devoted son, Terrance Moorer of Sumter; two sisters, Linda Sharper and Shirley (Esau Junious) Johnson both of Manning; three brothers, Rhonnie (Anna) Thompson of Columbia, Gregory Johnson of Manning and Alonda (Jacqueline) Moses of Sumter; two grandchildren, Terrance Tyler Moorer and Terran Moore both of Florence; three nieces, Sequoia Junious, Chelsey Moses and Jeanna Thompson; three nephews, Zachary Sharper, Darius Sharper and Rashaud Moses; six aunts, Rose Ann (Onna) Blackwell, Queen (Peter) Pearson, Julia Johnson, Janet Clay, Belma (Robert) Franklin and Regina Johnson; brother-in-law, Hercules Sharper, Jr.; sister-in-law, Betty Johnson; a friend, Rita Riley; special friends and cousins, Dorothy Tanner, Louise Conyers, Hubee Goines, David Farmer, Marvin Riley, Phillip Riley and Edna Walters and a host of other cousins and friends.
