Obituary Frances W. Sanders Loney was born April 3, 1952 in Sumter County, SC to the late Marian Ted and Leola Miller Sanders.Frances attended the public schools of Sumter County and upon graduation continued her educational endeavors by attending University of the District of Columbia in Washington, DC. While there at UDC, she obtained her Associate Degree in Secretary of Science. She continued her educational pursuits and received her Cosmetology License at Chris Logan School in Sumter, SC and worked as a beautician for over thirty years and later worked as a private duty caretaker.At an early age, Frances accepted Jesus the Christ as her personal Saviour and united with the Rafting Creek Baptist Church in Rembert, SC.Frances also known as "99" spent her free time fellowshipping with her nieces and nephews by giving them the comfort in knowing that her door was always opened for them. Ninnie or "99" had a passion for fashion and exhibited that passion throughout her style.Frances or "99" was married to Henry Loney and this union one daughter was born, LaKishia Hope. Even though, Frances and Henry later divorced they remained friends and shared numerous conversations throughout their life time always finding an encouraging word for another.Frances was preceded in death by four brothers, Edward Sanders, Harril Sanders, Ernest Sanders and Louis Sanders."99" or Ninnie departed this life on Friday, January 12, 2018 in Rembert, SC.Ninnie leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, LaKishia Hope (Larry) Connor, Jr.; two loving granddaughters, Lauryn Faith Connor and Candice M. Granderson all of Chesterfield, VA; beloved god daughter, Haley Jo Martin; brother, Marion (Josephine) Sanders, Jr.; seven sisters, Doretha Alston, Ruby Richardson, Polly (Robert) Dinkins, Martha Dennis, Evelyn Sanders, Louise (Melvin) Keith and Peggy (Donald) Perry and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
