Felicia Ann Andrews Kelley was born November 25, 1983, in Sumter County, South Carolina to Stanley Preston and the late Patricia Andrews Johnson and stepfather, David Johnson. Felicia was educated in the public schools of Sumter, South Carolina and was a member of the graduating class of 2002 of Sumter High School. Upon completion of high school, she joined the United States Army. Felicia proudly served in the US Army, earning several distinguished awards for her dedication and service, including the Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and Overseas Service Ribbon. Beyond her military achievements, Felicia was a loving wife and cherished friend. Her kind heart and selflessness touched everyone she encountered. She will be remembered for her unwavering support, infectious laughter, and the love she shared with her family and friends. As we mourn her loss, let us also celebrate the incredible life she lived and the impact she made on our lives. Felicia's memory will forever be etched in our hearts. Felicia was preceded in death by her son, Eric Marshall Kelley; her mother, Patricia Andrews Johnson and he sister, Tasha Scriven. Felicia departed this life on Sunday, February 25, 2024, in Sumter, South Carolina. Her memories will be cherished by her husband, Phillip Marshall Kelley, Jr. and daughter, Nylah Nicole both of Wedgefield, South Carolina; her father, Stanley Preston of Sumter, South Carolina; her stepfather, David Johnson of Sumter, South Carolina; two sisters, Jennifer and Teresa, four brothers David, Allen, Timothy and Keith, all of Sumter, South Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
