Eugene Fullard was born June 21, 1950, in Lynchburg, South Carolina to the late O'Donil and Rosa Lee Fulwood Fullard. Eugene was educated in the public schools of Sumter County. Eugene spent most of his adult life working in the construction field and retired after forty (40) years. Gene was passionate about the construction industry and spent time teaching his sons the trade of construction. Gene loved spending time with his family and watching football. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. It was evident that Gene was passionate about his family and work career. Gene was preceded in death by his parents, O'Donil and Rosa Lee Fulwood Fullard. Gene departed this life on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, in Sumter, South Carolina. Gene leaves to cherish his memories, his children, Tasha June, Monique (Twila) Singleton Champagne, Eugene (Vivian) Singleton, Kenneth Singleton and Ryan Singleton; four grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; life partner, Doretha Singleton; two brothers, Willie Joe Fullard and Leturine Fullard; five sisters, Dorothy Singleton, Cassie Mae Fullard, Bertha Mae Council, Ella Miller and Shirley McCray and a host of other relatives and friends.
