Ms. Ella Mae Brown was born on April17, 1951. She was the daughter of the late Mrs. Ella Cooper and Mr. Joseph Cooper Sr. At an early age, she joined Goodwill Presbyterian Church. Ms. Brown graduated from Eastern High School in 1969. After graduation she relocated to Washington, DC. She was employed as a US Government contractor throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan area for many years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers; Mr. Joseph Cooper Jr., Mr. William Cooper, and Mr. Fortune Harvin Jr., three aunts; Ms. Bernice Whites, Ms. Annie White, and Ms. Thelma White, two uncles; Mr. James White, and Mr. Leroy White. Ms. Ella Mae Brown departed this earthly life on October 11, 2023, @ 5:45 PM, Med Star Southern Maryland Hospital Center, Clinton, MD. Ms. Brown leaves to cherish a sister Mrs. Evelyn Titus Bellamy of Washington, D.C., a brother Mr. Jimmy White of Maysville S.C., an uncle; Mr. Charles White of Sumter, SC.; a special niece Mrs. Dorothy Elaine Wells of Florence, SC, a special cousin Lorene Benjamin of Rochester New York, a niece; Alfreda Cooper of Washington D.C., five nephews; Ricky Titus of Waldorf, MD, Nathaniel Titus of Washington D.C., Derry Cooper of District Heights, MD, Lee Williams of Sumter, SC, Freddie Williams of Sumter, SC, one brother-in-law; Lewis Bellamy of Washington D.C., One sister-in-law; Ula Mae Cooper of Sumter, S.C., a friend; Arno Troxler, of Temple Hills, MD; a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
