Cynthia Foxworth-Deloach was born July 27, 1964, in Marion South Carolina, to the late Linwood Foxworth, Sr. and Barbara Jean Jones Foxworth. Cynthia was employed as a professional seamstress for 15 years at Sampson Quilting of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  She enjoyed life to the utmost. Cynthia loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed singing, playing pool, playing cards, and most of all, loving on and playing with her grandchildren. Cynthia attended and graduated from the public schools Marion, South Carolina.  At an early age, she married the love of her life, David DeLoach, and to this union, two sons were born. Cynthia was preceded in death by her loving parents and her husband, David DeLoach. She departed this life on Thursday 13, 2023, at MUSC Health University Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina. Cynthia leaves to cherish her memories, her loving and devoted sons, David Marquise DeLoach and Antonio Gerald (Aquillia) DeLoach, both of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; two loving and doting sisters, Sharon Foxworth-Herring of Washington, DC, and Sheila Foxworth of Marion, South Carolina; two protective and caring brothers, Linell Foxworth of Temple, Texas and Shawn (Angela) Foxworth of Sumter, South Carolina; one special and devoted god-daughter, Stacy Lewis of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; eleven grandchildren, Jaden, Mya, Messiah, Abdul-Hafeez, Yaasir, Milan, Madison, Heaven, Desiree, Issa and Aaliyah; and a host of nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.
