Obituary Charlie Cobia, Jr.  was born August 21, 1944, in Summerton, SC to the late Charlie and Josephine Caldwell Cobia. Charlie was educated in the public schools of Sumter County and enjoyed spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Shirley Dinkins, Sandra Wells and Christine Young, four brothers,   Emmitt Young, Jr, Johnny Young, Patrick Young and France Young. Charlie departed this life on Saturday, June 5, 2021 in Sumter, SC.
