Obituary Brother Anthony "Buff" Rouse is son of the Annette Davis and the late Robert Davis was born in Sumter, SC on May 16, 1978. He departed this life on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at McLeod Regional Medical Center Florence, South Carolina He was educated in the public schools of Sumter, SC. He was a laborer and was loved by everyone he ever cross paths with. He leaves to cherish his memories a daughter Talayia Rouse Sumter, SC, his mother Annette Davis of the home, one sister Monique Glisson of the home, one brother (SFC Ret.) Shawndell Sr (Natasha) Rouse, Sumter, SC, six nephews Tykeem and Earl III Glisson of the home, DelSean and Shawndell Jr Rouse of Sumter, SC, Dreshawn Mack of Sumter, SC and Joesph Dunklin of Lawton, Ok, three nieces TaShiana Rouse of Sumter, SC, and Jakari Green and Yahra De Gracia both of Charlotte, NC, six aunts, Rosalee Wheeler, Betty, Cynthia, Wanda, and Latonya Rouse all of Sumter, SC Willie Mae Williams of Baltimore, Maryland. three uncles Jerry (Wanda) Rouse, Emmanuel Rouse Jr, of Sumter, SC Fred Moses, of Baltimore, Maryland and a host of cousins and friends. He is proceeded in death by his father Robert Davis, maternal grand parents Julia and Emmanuel Rouse, paternal grandparents Viola and Eugene Davis, Two uncles Eugene Jr and Lee Davis, one Aunt Nancy Rouse, and one niece TaShawna Myers-Rouse.
