Annie Lee Williams was born on May 10, 1938, in Lee County, Mayesville, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Maebelle Williams and Lee Mack Williams. Annie Lee was united in holy matrimony to the late Mr. C. W. Williams, Sr. At an early age, Annie Lee joined The Church of Christ, Britton, Florida where she was a devoted member. She attended the public schools in Sumter, South Carolina. After graduation Annie Lee moved to Britton, Florida. She was employed at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Sarasota, Florida for 28 years, until she retired. Upon retirement, Annie Lee moved to South Carolina until her demise. In addition to her parents, Annie Lee was preceded in death by a daughter, Victoria Williams; five sisters, Beatrice Jefferson, Geneva Williams, Jessie Turner Goodrum, Margaret Williams, and Anna Lesane; and one brother, Russell Cook. Annie Lee departed this life on December 30, 2023 at 7:30 PM, at Agape Care Hospice, Lexington, South Carolina. Annie Lee leaves to cherish her memory and mourn her passing, one daughter, Maebelle (Terry) Williams of Columbia, SC; three sons, George (Shonda) Williams of Stone Mountain, GA; C. W. (Helen) Williams, Jr. of Columbia, SC, and Deacon Zolia (Elizabeth) Williams of Sarasota, FL; three sisters, Wilhelmina Titus of Mayesville, SC, Ula Mae Cooper of Sumter, SC, and Willie Mae Smith of New Haven, CT; ten grandchildren; one special god granddaughter; one son-in-law; three daughters-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
