Obituary Brenda Lee Brown was born December 19, 1972 in Sumter, SC to Mary Ludd Brown and the late Marvin Brown.Brenda was educated in the public schools of Sumter County and graduated from Hillcrest High School, Class of 1993.Brenda accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and attended Saint Luke AME Church. Brenda loved cooking and especially being a mother to everybody kids.Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Brown.Brenda departed this life on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Palmetto Health Tuomey, Sumter, SC.Brenda leaves to cherish her precious memory her mother, Mary Brown; three sons, Quinton (Brezz) Brown, Raheem (Radio) Washington and Rontavious Rhames; two grandchildren, Jalyamaria Brown and Aleyshia Brown; four sisters, Michelle Brown, Nikkie Brown, Andra Brown (Mike) and Hope Brown; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great aunt, close friend, Regina Lagrant and someone she loved like a son, Shawn Sigier and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 2:00 PM from the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church 182 Pike Road East Sumter, SC Aurelia Hill, Pastor and Elder Donald Searson, Officiant.A public viewing will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the mortuary.Brenda's family is receiving friends at 4412 Amelia Drive Sumter, SC.
